I bought the TurboTax Deluxe add-in state module for Virginia last year. It looks like I have to buy it again this year. Is that correct? I thought when you bought it one time, then you had it to reuse each year.

No you pay for the software each year. You cannot re-use the software from a previous tax year.

Yes. Sorry it is only good for that year. There are too many tax changes each year.
