Turbotax will not let me Efile because it wants my apartment number. But I don't live in an apartment, and can't figure out how to tell the software that.

Oregon.

When Turbotax shows me the error, it shows me the "Oregon Information Worksheet" and asks for my apartment number. Under my address on that worksheet, it looks like there's a drop down box that shows "A" (I assume for apartment). But I can't figure out how to change the selection in that box.

No need to answer this question; I ended up talking with customer service and couldn't solve (at least not without starting my tax return over), so entered in my apartment # as "N/A" and filed.

Same issue on my "Oregon Information Worksheet". I never entered an apartment number on any of the forms yet it specified unit type "A" on the worksheet and wouldn't let me proceed. Spent 20 minutes on phone with support and they didn't help. I even tried starting over my returns and same issue appeared when I reached state. Ended up entering "N/A".
