After I selected "Pay with your credit card", I've entered all the requested information, "&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;You can access them whenever you’re ready. Here’s what we restored for you :&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;TURBOTAX DESKTOP STATE RETURN CA TAX YEAR 2021 E-FILE"&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;It back to the same page, and when I click "Continue" it funnels through the same exact process - over and over again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately I have also been unable to find a solution even after searching the Intuit site and talking to a support rep.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am just about to print and snail mail my State return.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Next step will be to see if I can get my $25 back, but the time required to attempt that may not be worth it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same here. Both my bank and Turbo tax order history show the $25 payment but the app just comes back with "you're payment didn't go through". I just found out I can e-file with my state (PA) directly for free.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
