&lt;LI&gt;You have California sourced income, so most likely you will need to file.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Did you have California withholding on your W-2?
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;If you did, you would want to file to see if you get any refund&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;You would file a Calif 540NR if required based on the above&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;You will also report your income in CO.&amp;nbsp; To avoid potential double tax, CO provides a credit for taxes paid to other states.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
