Step by Step continually asks for banking information for direct deposit. I've entered it more than ten times. When I click "use direct deposit" i'm taken to a screen asking for the banking information. Even went to the form and entered it manually. its showing on the form, but not syncing with the step by step and cannot efile state.

@kb31908 I reported this issue to TurboTax Moderators some time ago. I've been told this is not a software defect. (I disagree).

Good news, though! Another SC user has come up with a workaround. See the SOLUTION in the thread I'm linking below. It was posted by @Oz01 .
