      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you plan to return to Georgia when you finish your studies, this is considered a 'temporary absence'.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since you have a Driver's License and Residence in Georgia, you should file as a Georgia Resident.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here's more info:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;
