Oregon State tax pending software update

My federal taxes were accepted but Oregon State rejected due to awaiting Turbo tax software update for federal tax liability. Software says to check back 2/17/22. I updated software, but still no go. Any ETA of this update?

Our oregon state tax was Rejected. as of 2/19/2022 we have updated our oregon state in turbotax, but there are no changes or messages on an error during review. i'm assuming if i file it again it will be rejected again. is the oregon state form in turbotax updated and fixed or not updated and fixed?
