      <description>&lt;P&gt;It depends&amp;nbsp;-&amp;nbsp;If you are efiling a part year NY resident state income tax return, then you can use your new (CA) drivers license.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are filing as a full year resident in NY, then you will want to use your NY drivers license to efile (even if it is no longer valid).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
