When trying to file my taxes the turbo tax program will not save my bank information.

FYi, I'm having the same issue. The last update to TurboTax didn't fix the problem.

Try clearing your cache and deleting your cookies then try again. If you still have this same experience thereafter, please respond to this thread for further assistance.

Clearing my web browser did not solve my installed Turbo Tax software issue with SC Taxes

Unfortunately, clearing the cache and cookies didn't solve the problem. I contacted customer service and discovered the routing number and bank # used on the state return was not saved on the federal return. Once this information was added, I was able to efile both returns.
