Minnesota allows a property tax credit to homeowners and renters who were residents or part-year residents of the state during the tax year. You can see the form in the first link below.

If you’re a renter and your total household income is less than $64,920, you may qualify for a credit of up to $2,280.

Meanwhile, if you’re a homeowner and your total household income is under $119,790, you could be entitled to a credit of up to $2,930

You claim the credit on Form M1PR, Homestead Credit Refund (for Homeowners) and Renter’s Property Tax Refund. See the instructions at Homestead Credit Refund (for Homeowners) and Renter’s Property Tax Refund Forms and Instructions.

(Some browsers have trouble with pdfs; you can also find these documents at Filing for a Property Tax Refund.)

This form is filed separately from your Minnesota income tax return, but can be accessed in TurboTax. You need to file the 2021 Form M1PR by August 15, 2022. I am unable to verify whether or not this form is sent to taxpayers.

Ok, tahnk you... and "property tax statement" will be sent in March... And it says here, in Turbotax that - based on the info provider, there will be no property tax refund... I find that hard to believe. I also remember doing my aunt's taxes last year, and no "prior year special refund" was done... "Enter special refund, if any, from line 20 of your 2020 M1PR." I don't have that form; where was I supposed to get it?

Then the next screen says - no property tax refund. Maybe I ignore all this and wait until March and then deal w/this?

Yes, wait until you get the property tax statement to input your information. Right now, TurboTax is giving you advice based on incomplete data.

“Your 2020 Form M1PR” is the credit form your aunt would’ve filed last year.

If she filed her returns through TurboTax last year, you can find it using the guidance in the TurboTax Help article How do I access a prior-year return?. If not, she can get a copy of last year’s Minnesota return via the Request Copies of Previous Returns | Minnesota Department of Revenue page.
