Turbotax Business California E-file for LLC stuck in Review cycle and can't transmit

Hi,

I have finished my California LLC taxes, I get to "Transmit Return Now" but every time I do this, I get a message "We need to make one more check". I follow the prompts to enter missing info (only thing missing is total assets from Form 568 p 1-4: Question G) and verify everything else. At the end of this, I get back to the Transmit Your Return page, and the process starts all over again. Anything I entered isn't even saved. What am I doing wrong here?

To clarify what I mean by the process starting over again, I get the message "We need to make one more check" and it goes through a review process verify info.

I did on Friday, and after being on the phone for about 30 minutes, the customer service agent placed me on a hold and then hung up on me. I gave up trying to e-file and just decided to mail in the forms. This will probably be the last time I use Turbotax Business.

I'm having the same problem - stuck in review cycle. Anyone get help with this? When I called customer service, after an hour, she basically said to wait to see if bugs are fixed with updates to the desktop turbotax business product. But it's still not fixed...

It would be helpful to have a TurboTax ".tax2021" file that is experiencing this issue.

You can send us a “diagnostic” file that has your “numbers” but not your personal information.  If you would like to do this, here are the instructions:

At the top menu in the black line at the top of the page go to Online.

From the menu, select Send Tax File to Agent.
You will see a message explaining what the diagnostic copy is.  Click Send and then you will get a Token number.
Reply to this thread with your Token number. This will allow us to open a copy of your return without seeing any personal information.

We will then be able to see exactly what you are seeing and we can determine what exactly is going on in your return and provide you with a resolution.
