Maryland conforms to the federal provisions on the&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;exclusion of capital gain&lt;/STRONG&gt; on the sale of a principal residence.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
