Delaware Non Resident forms

Hi I cant seem to get a clear answer as to when the DE Non Resident Forms will be updated.

They are not listed in the State form availability section.

If I can not use Turbo Tax to file my DE state return then I should be refunded the cost to purchase

that state. This is ridiculous.

I too have encountered the same issue. Delaware forms are NOT ready and they are NOT listed on website as being not ready. Additionally I tried to print and file the return and the printed version has printed across it DO NOT FILE. Can't seem to get an answer if it is a problem overall or truly the forms are not ready. And if not ready when will they be ready. Truly absurd!

The program is still being updated to include this form. Please check back in a few days by logging into the program for any updates.
