Trying to efile my maryland state taxes

TURBO TAX WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO EFILE MY STATE TAXES. IT'S STATING, DO TO 8582 FORM NOT BEING AVAILABLE, THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH MY FILING AND I DO NOT HAVE ANY PASSIVE INCOME, IT WILL NOT PROCEED. IT ALSO CHARGE ME $20.00 FOR EFILING MY STATE AND WILL NOT ALLOW MY STATE TO PROCESS. CAN YOU PLEASE ASSIST ME ON THIS SITUATION. THANK YOU.

This form and the Maryland state program have been a real problem thus far this year. Just a short time ago, TurboTax Expert @AmyC shared some insight from other users that may help you out. Additionally, you can sign up for email notification of when this issue has been resolved.

How can I receive a e-filing number so I can file my state Maryland. I live in france and it's expensive to call a representative. Please let me know away to efile and pay the 20 dollars
