new york state refund tool says wrong refund ammount

I have tried to get refund status after my state refund was accepted and it says wrong refund ammount but the ammount I entered is correct,on line 78 of IT201 and the ammount turbo tax says is my ammount,I also tried under wifes information since we file joint and says the same thing and says I am locked out for 24 hours because I tried 3 times

Here is what you can do to find that information:

Login to TurboTax.com
Click on Tax Home on the left side of the screen
Above the status bar, you should see any refunds (Federal and State) or any taxes owed (Federal and State)
If you scroll down the page to Your Tax returns & documents you will see this information repeated.
If you don't see Pending or Accepted as the Return status, you may not have completed the e-file process.

I have the right amount that is on my nys return on line 78 also what is on my screen from turbo tax,quite a few people are getting this response from nys taxation refund tool who filed with certain tax programs !
