Review of state taxes says Activity Worksheet (my job description) Activity Description - This form is not ready to be filed

When I click on state review (Iowa) it brings up the following statement with an unknown form # -

Activity Worksheet (my job description) Activity Description - This form is not ready to be filed due a change in the federal form. It should be available soon.

The header on the form only says

Activity Worksheet 2021

Form contents

Any ideas on how to get past this or what form changed??

This error message suggest that some state forms may not be ready for e-file. It means that your state has some forms that are being updated and not ready yet and the oly solution is to give it a few days then try to submit again. When the forms have been updated, you will be allowed to file.

In the meantime, you can try this:

On rare occasions, they may make your browser think you already did something that you still need to do. To fix that, you'll need to delete (clear) the cookies from your browser.

Actually it says federal - This form is not ready to be filed due a change in the federal form. It should be available soon.

Guess I will be patient - would be nice to know what form this is though (form #) so I can see when it will be released. Thanks for your response.

I have the same error as you had 3 weeks ago. Does it seem reasonable that the form is still not available, or more likely there is an error in the application?

I just contacted them again about it yesterday (3rd time I've reached out) they told me the form is not ready for Turbo Tax yet but will be hopefully within a week. I sure hope so -
