Vermont state tax program not working properly

Is anyone having trouble with the property tax rebate portion of the Vermont state tax return ? I've entered that I own my property but the program keeps asking me the location of the "rented" property and I've entered that I do NOT rent the property; I OWN it. This has never happened in past years using the program.

I am having the same problem with the state. It keeps asking me rental questions when I own the property and trying to complete the pre-bate form. Anyone else having this problem?

UPDATE: I called Turbo Tax directly at [phone number removed] and after going through many frustrating menus I finally got to talk to a very nice gentleman who spoke and understood English and he walked me through everything and corrected the problem.
