CD Installation Question

Hello,

I installed the Turbotax CD on my Apple macbook computer. I have 2 separate user accounts on my computer. I opened Turbotax on the wrong user account and would like to use Turbotax on a different user account instead. I opened Turbotax on both the 1st and 2nd user accounts. I have not entered any information yet in either. MY QUESTION IS: How do I delete Turbotax from my 1st user account that I don't plan to use Turbotax with? I only want to use Turbotax on my 2nd user account. And if I delete it from the 1st user account, will the fact that I deleted it affect the 2nd user account ?

No, it will not affect he 2nd user account. Please contact Customer Support with assistance on deactivating your 1st user account.

I thought you are Customer Support ? How do I contact someone to help me Deactivate the 2nd user account?? I need written instructions that I can follow please.... THANKS AND BLESS YOU !!!
