Yes, however there are some forms that are not available yet. Also, keep in mind that the federal date for accepting tax returns for e-file is January 24th. The state return will not be e-filed before the federal return has been filed.

Once again you have totally failed to read my previous messages …

It has nothing to do with whether I **can** E-file. Your system is broken because your system says I **may** not ever E-file.

All Virginia forms are finalized and **only** VA Form 760-INT says I may **not**

In conclusion, I have reported this serious error to Intuit .. but ONLY because one of your folk = Critter (level 15) chose to be very very nasty in his communication with me.

I assure you I will never ever tolerate disrespect, bordering on totally nasty. I don’t care how senior Critter is!!

SO Intuit now knows about your Critter

Intuit Corp now knows “Critter” and how he tried to lecture me on Time Zones, even time of day = “the day’s not over yet”.

The lady at Corporate was besides herself when she stated TWICE “I’m so very sorry you had to be exposed to this”. TWICE she said this.

Ladies and Gentlemen, I assure you I understand time zones and other facts centered on earth’s rotation around the sun. Galileo and Copernicus were very thorough in their mathematical formulae.

I have earned a MS in Space Physics and a MBA, Cum Laude and Magna Cum Laude respectively.

And, so, now Intuit Corp also knows.

And I won’t even discuss my honorable and voluntary service ducking bullets in Vietnam - before Critter was even born.

“Cum” is Latin for “With”

Laude means “With Praise”

Magna Laude means “With Great Praise”
