Why is TT shut down for filing of State at the end of Oct 14th when we still should have all day on the 15th? WTH?

I called and they did some research and then called me back with a workaround. You have to efile one state return at a time and have them on the phone to give you an unlock code for each state you are filing. Takes some time but it works.

support team is saying IT made a mistake and is currently working on a fix. We just have to wait and try again throughout the day. If you are using desktop version, try to check for updates.

Why would the close payments on the day they are due?

Yes talked to them and they say they are working on it but don't have an eta. I went ahead and summited my federal and will trying with the state. Guess I'll mail it if they don't get it working.
