topic rejected in State tax filing

My Indiana state return has been rejected 3 times. the error I get each time is "The XML data has failed schema validation. Update the program and transmit to E-File."

I have checked multiple times for any software updates and am running the current program. I have checked multiple times for errors inside my return and have come back with nothing.

I have also submitted my state tax payment electronically and received a payment confirmation email. If i have to mail my return, will the electronic payment still go through?

Any suggestions on what is causing this?

Tate tax metadata error when e-filing. Checked for most up-to-date version but still rejected.
