You can pay your New York taxes owed by using the IT-201-V Payment Voucher For Income Tax Returns and mailing in a check or money order.

Thank you and that's what I will probably do. My problem is that I don't even own checks. I haven't used paper checks in 20 years so I will go to the post office, buy an envelope, a stamp, and mail it. I was just hoping there was a civilized electronic payment service outsude if my locked out account. Lol. Thanks for the response, I appreciate it
