    <description>&lt;P&gt;Double-check your W2 entries, because the figure is being pulled from there.&amp;nbsp; However, if the amount in TurboTax is the same as&amp;nbsp;what the W2 says, then your withholdings to NY were not 0.&amp;nbsp; They were what the W2 says they are.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If your &lt;EM&gt;NY Income&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;is supposed to be $0, that is different.&amp;nbsp; You would have to use the NY&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;allocation&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;screens to be able to designate the income as being not sourced to NY.&amp;nbsp; If this is accurate, however, please understand that New York may not allow you to e-file your return.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Somehow I entered withholding on my state (NY ) return (should have been zero), Turbotax will not allow me to change it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
