Choosing Different State Download

I need to download a different state than TT is recommending but showing how to choose an alternate. I live in TN and have no state income taxes (or return filing) but it is set to download. I do need to file a ND non-resident return, how do I get the default state setting changed to ND?

To add North Dakota:

Go back to Personal Info.
Scroll down to Other state income and Edit.
Say YES to Did you make money in any other states?
Select North Dakota
Click on State. If you do not see North Dakota, choose Add another state.
