There was a levy and it was taken out, my state gave my refund to them as well, I got double dipped so to speak, I just checked IRS refund status and on bottom left it said, adjusted refund $0.00, I’m just confused I guess.

They offer volunteer services- at the very least you can make sure everything is legit, because it does get complicated and legal. It says your deposited my refund on the 1st but it still has not hit my bank and it said to wait till the 6th today is the 6th it's still not there what do I do where did it go

So my refund says sent but it's not on card and now there is a bar that says may be helpful and it mentions collection process can irs take money after it says sent.
