It has been more than 21 days since I completed my tax return in my taxes my address inf is right, yet i have not received my turbo debit card and the system is good for nothing it keeps saying that information put is invalid its frustrating and I cant seem to find one human being in this forsaken company that can help me with this issue, so what can I do??

I have tried the number multiple times without success, I've never had a card in my name but the recording says I have multiple cards. What do I do? I need a card

Here is more information on When you will receive your Turbo Visa Debit card. There is a toll free number listed in our FAQ you should call if your card is taking an extremely long time to arrive. If and when you call, select option 2 and enter your personal information.

The phone number is gone, but i think i might know what number you called, what is the best time to call? Please help i never received my debit card either and I'm warning everyone that will listen about turbo tax

It is unsafe to post phone numbers here--TurboTax protects its users from that. So any personal phone numbers are removed immediately by the filters.

There is no one answering, and i've ordered a replacement and never received that one. I have my refund on the card and i have been laid off because of the quarantine, i need that money badly please hellppp

I went thru BBB and finally got the answers needed. Here's the number to Green Dot Corp. office you all [phone number removed] push 1 then enter ext 3890 you'll be on hold awhile but promise they'll make sure you get your card.

I had same problem til I reported them to BBB then I was able to get their corporate office number. It's [phone number removed] press 1 then enter ext 3890 you'll be on hold awhile but you'll get to speak to a real human lol. They will expedite you a card with tracking number you'll get it in 3 biz days

That's exactly what i did, i filed a complaint with BBB and i was able to reach someone! They fed ex my card!!

I never received my refund card.When I call the 800 number it says you have two cards with us please enter the number I can’t in remember if I don’t have the card
