In order to change from mailing your Tax Returns to E-Filing your Tax Returns (Assuming you HAVE NOT already mailed them), please follow these instructions:

Login to your TurboTax Account
Click "Take Me To My Return"
Click "File" from the left side of your screen
Go to Step 3 (if needed, revisit Steps 1 and/or 2 to activate Step 3).
Proceed, and make sure you've selected the option I want to e-file
Finally, you will come to the screen with the Transmit Returns Now button. This will electronically file your selected returns.

Note: If you have already mailed your Tax Returns, DO NOT E-FIle them as this will just cause confusion with the IRS>

Are you sure you are using the correct login credentials? A lot of times people have more than one account for TurboTax online.
