Yeah did that (sorry did not add more information) I open the case days ago...I am supposed to send response to the IRS tomorrow, yet only today Tax Audit realized I was missing documentation (because I was able to talk to someone)...calling them now but it is too late now they only work until 1:00pm PST....

The IRS usually gives you 30 days to respond to a notice....

The IRS usually gives you 30 days to respond to a notice. It sounds like you waited a few weeks after you got the notice before you contacted TaxAudit.com.

Ask them if they can ask the IRS to give you more time to respond.
