Please clarify. You asked the same Q from TT Premier, which is a personal tax return program. You are now asking from TT Business, which is used for C Corp, S Corp, Partnership and Estate/Trust tax returns. Are you a tax preparer?

Be aware that TurboTax is self-prepared software and both The TurboTax license and IRS regulations prohibit professional use.

A the 5 Federal e-file limit is a IRS regulation, not TurboTax and it does not matter how many copies of the software your purchase, the total file limit for all is still 5. More requires professional software.

If you have several .tax2018 files now on your computer,
the CD/Download version will be able to open all of them and e-File five.

Save each with an interesting name so you can keep track of them.
If you try to do them all at once, it can become confusing.
