Yes - You can print LA estimated tax forms for 2020 in TurboTax.

If you haven't completed the LA interview, follow these steps:

Toward the end of the interview for the LA state return, you will see a screen Do You Want to Pay Louisiana Estimated Taxes for 2020? Click the Yes box.
Continue the screens, enter the requested information.
TurboTax will do the calculations and eventually you will come to a screen, Payment Vouchers. Click the Print Vouchers box.

If you've already finished the LA interview:

Go back into your LA return and you will see the screen, Revisit your Louisiana Info.
In the Other Forms You May Need section, click the Start/Update box next to Other Forms.
On the screen, Do You Want to Pay Louisiana Estimated Taxes for 2020? Click the Yes box.
Continue the screens, enter the requested information.
