    <description>&lt;P&gt;I was viewing my Tax details and was timed out.&amp;nbsp; Error when attempting to log back in.&amp;nbsp; When I login to the online session I can not print a copy to file with for my paper records.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Why?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Do I have to wait until after IRS accepts the submitted filing before I get a good download of my Tax results?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Please try this print option:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please log back in your TurboTax account and "add a state" to open the return back up (you are not really adding a state, just to open it back up), then select Tools on the left, Print Center and choose the print center, then select returns and choose to print just the tax return or to include all worksheets as well.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Many printing problems can be resolved by installing the latest version of Adobe Reader. Test that your printer is working by trying to print from another program, such as Microsoft Word.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I purchased TurboTax 2020 Home &amp;amp; Business from Amazon. It was downloaded, installed, and activation key entered shortly after purchase.&amp;nbsp; I have completed my federal and state taxes but am unable to print a completed copy.&amp;nbsp; Printouts of forms are lacking any of my entered values appearing on the screen and the summary pages print only the TurboTax logo. I have redownloaded and tried the repair option with no improvement. I have also tried the uninstall and reinstall option without any improved results.&amp;nbsp; I have also downloaded the latest version of Adobe Reader with no improvement on the problem. I have been a satisfied TurboTax user for many years. However, after losing many hours, a lot of paper, and printer ink, my level of satisfaction is decreasing rapidly. Is there a quick fix for this problem?&amp;nbsp; The product is non-functional since my tax file must be submitted in hardcopy.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
