How did you pay? Canceled check, bank statement, credit card statement...you'd need one of those to "prove" payment was made.

Turbotax cannot prove you paid your taxes. You have essentially two choices:

Either use a copy of your bank statement showing the debit memo or cancelled check, or
Secure a transcript of account from the IRS. https://www.irs.gov/Individuals/Get-Transcript
