If you are using the TurboTax Online version, you could look at the Form 1040 even prior to paying, by using these steps below:

Sign in to TurboTax (if you're not already signed in)
Click on the Take me to my Return button
Click on the Print Center (lower left panel).
Click on Print, Save or Preview this year's return.

If you are using TurboTax Desktop version, you can click on the Print Center (upper right hand corner) to print, save or view the PDF. See images below.
