I'm trying to file my 2016 taxes (Hurricane Relief). I just purchased the 2016 desktop business version and am trying to download my 2015 return to start my 2016 and it keeps telling me i have to purchase (which I bought the business version (15 and 16'). How can i get my 2015 saved online? I wouldn't think i need to buy again since both years (2016 and 2015) I purchased online turbotax editions.

You need to download the tax file ending in .tax2015 to transfer into 2016. If it is locked you can call in. @smarthink0 Don't bother. The tax software for those years is no longer supported and cannot be updated. Even if you can find it on eBay, etc. and try to use it, the results will be inaccurate since you cannot update it. What are you trying to do? Someone else just posted in another thread about those tax years, but under another username. Was that a coincidence or was that you?
