Why doesn't my version of Turbotax include: select the Federal Taxes tab. (Don’t select Continue. You don’t want to start the amend process.)?

When I log on, I'm unable to complete the directions outlined below:

Specifically, I'm unable to select the Federal Taxes tab. My only option is to continue and then it starts the amend process. The IRS letter to me says send in 1095-A and form 8962, but I'm unable to generate the 8962. Even if I complete an amendment, I don't view the 8962.

If you entered a 1095-A in your original return, TurboTax...

If you entered a 1095-A in your original return, TurboTax automatically created Form 8962 for you.

If you can Download and Print your return, you can print Form 8962 to send to the IRS, along with your 1095-A.

When you Sign In, click on 'Your Tax Returns and Documents' at the bottom center of the page. Click 'SHOW'.

Choose 'Download/print return (PDF)' (screenshot).

If you didn't enter a 1095-A in your original return, then you do need to Amend your Return and enter the 1095-A and generate Form 8962.
