I missed $1475 income in filing my 2015 return on Turbotax Premier. I now have 2016 Home and Business, and need to file an amended return for 2015. Can I do that with the 2016 version I now have?

No you cannot. You must use the 2015 version of TurboTax to amend a 2015 tax return. Did you use the 2015 CD/download version installed on your computer to file your 2015 return? Is it still installed on your computer or can you reinstall it?
