yes... I selected to pay with my refund and they're charging me a $35 processing fee. I'd rather give them the $29 now and keep the $35 dollar expense however there doesn't seem to be a way to select it without starting completely over

To change the option:

Log in to your online account, and then click on the Take Me to My Return
Click on the File tab at the end and then click on Start (or Revisit) next to Step 1.
Click on View Payment Options
Here you'll be able to click Pay by Card and avoid the extra fee
