SBTPG a scam?

Why would most Turbo Tax users select SBTPG to pay additional fees when processing their refund? In most cases SBTPG is a scam.

After many years, I'm done with Turbo Tax.

Most users do not use SBTPG to pay their software fees.

BUT

I continue to tell people to NEVER have their software fees paid by the "expected" refund....that way leads to too many disasters.

ALWAYS pay the software fees up-front with a credit or debit card.
