    <description>&lt;P&gt;my efile was rejected because of the AGI issue, even though it should not have been.&amp;nbsp; I want a refund of my filing fee to Turbotax.&amp;nbsp; Am I going to need to file a chargeback to my credit card?&amp;nbsp; It is apparently impossible to reach them by email&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The AGI reject is a common issue. &amp;nbsp;Fix the AGI and efile it again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try entering 0 for the AGI. The IRS might have processed your return later so the AGI didn't get entered in time. &amp;nbsp;Especially if you mailed it. &amp;nbsp;That works for most people.
