Where is my New York State tax refund?

My state return was accepted electronically on 2/10 it’s now March 6th and the system isn’t showing any updates on a refund. I’ve tried calling and it’s worthless.

Once a tax return has been Accepted by the IRS or a State, TurboTax receives no further information concerning the tax return or the status of any tax refund.
