What tax year are you amending? If you filed a joint return, then the AGI will be the same for both of you.

Your 2024 tax return must have been accepted by the IRS for your prior year AGI to be on record. For more details, refer to the TurboTax article What if I entered the correct AGI and I'm still getting an e-file rejection? For more information.

You don't file an amended return for 2025 if the return was never accepted. In this situation, you make all corrections and submit as an original return.
