I am having a problem with printing my return to mail. When I select print to file, a box pops up to save as pdf or print preview. I select print preview and I get nothing. Please help.

Have you paid your fees? You cannot print until you have paid your TurboTax fees.

Not sure of what fees you are speaking of. Is there is fee to print the document?
