No one else can see your tax return or your transcript --- so we do not know what you are looking at. If the IRS has reduced your refund, they will send you a letter to explain. No one at TT will know anything about that. TurboTax does not get any information from the IRS after you file your tax return. It is possible that you are simply misunderstanding what you are seeing on your transcript. What does it say on the IRS refund site?

You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 35a of your 2025 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:
