I cannot figure out how to enter my Routing and Bank Account number for the IRS to Direct Deposit. I have got to the page where Turbo asks if I want to e-File, but I don't want to hit that and find I've e-Filed without entering the information. The instructions in Turbo are very inadequate. Can anyone tell me how I get the data in BEFORE I tell it to e-File?

You have to go to Step 2 in the FILE section.

You cannot change banking information while your return is in pending, nor can you change it after the return is accepted. The IRS does not allow it.

Actually my problem was that Turbo never asked me when it saw I was getting a refund, how I wanted it. Auto deposit or mailed check. I had to go into the actual forms and check the box for deposit.
