Called in the said to call Credit Karma and there is nothing they can do to say where it’s headed. Scammed and now charged for this service. Deceptive practices

The IRS states that most federal tax refunds are issued within 21 days of acceptance, however, some may take longer if they require additional review. Clearly did. It read what happened. The fact that no one can explain how I went through the very steps requested to get the account opened and went step by step through the filing the account was opened and no one know how or where my refund is going is just bad business. The site was clearly not functioning correctly and I get 0 support from either side.
