Hello,

Here's my problem: I've selected my financial provider and I'm supposed to click continue to start the import. I click continue. TT says it will open a tab to get the import started. I click ok. I get another screen and I click "get my form" Then I log into my account. I sign some consent forms. I select the account to link up and hit continue.. I review the selected account. I hit the done button

The screen says "Success! We got your tax data." I close the screen and return to TT. My only option is to click the continue button but when I do, the import process starts up all over again. I cannot see to leave this screen.

Anyone else have this issue?

Do I need to click "skip import" when I return to the original screen?

Thanks for any help.

Also have the same problem!

Make that HAD the same problem. I found a post resolving the same problem importing from etrade.

Make Chrome your default browser and the import will work successfully. I was using MS Edge but apparently that is incompatible.

It actually appears to have been a problem on Schwab's side. I received a notification from Schwab that files were available for download as of today. I found that most were. But apparently, they are still having some problems with some 1099's. I was able to get 2 out of 3 of the files I needed. Hopefully everything else will get cleared up soon.
