Did the IRS send you a notice and required you to ID Verify? If so, the IRS website says it can take 2-3 weeks to show a change in "Where's My Refund".

The IRS website also says it "may take up to 9 weeks" after ID verification to process and receive a Federal refund, but it's often not that long.

Do you mean that the IRS asked you to verify your identity? Only the IRS controls when your refund will be issued; TurboTax gets no information after you file your return, so no one at TT knows you had to verify your identity. TurboTax is not part of any of that. Watch the IRS site for information. Having to verify your identity with the IRS can delay your refund ---be prepared to wait about nine weeks and consider yourself lucky if it is less.
