    <description>&lt;P&gt;When I try to print my return it says "Your Connecticut Fiduciary return(s) is currently unavailable to view, print, or download because some of the forms haven't been finalized yet". There is a link provided to inform me when these are done, but it brings me to an error page. This is on the 2025 Business desktop version. I have checked for updates and it says my software is up to date.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I have now contacted TurboTax/ Intuit twice about the issue.&amp;nbsp; Each time they have opened a case.&amp;nbsp; Then 15 minutes late I get an email saying my case has been closed... but the problem still isn't fixed.&amp;nbsp; I have spent more than 2 hours on hold and on the phone with Intuit and it still doesn't work.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Please restart TurboTax Business, allow all updates, and print your forms again. You may also try opening the PDFs using the Chrome browser or Adobe Acrobat.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;If you are still unable to print your CT fiduciary return, it would be helpful to have a TurboTax ".tax2025" file that is experiencing this issue. You can send us a “diagnostic” file that has your “numbers” but not your personal information. If you would like to do this, here are the instructions:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;Open your return and go to&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Online&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;in the top menu, then choose "Send Tax File to Agent."&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;You will see a message explaining what the diagnostic copy is.  Click okay through this screen and then you will get a&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Token number.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;Reply to this thread with a &lt;STRONG&gt;screenshot&lt;/STRONG&gt; of your&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Token number&lt;/STRONG&gt; (this avoids Community filters for numbers with a dash) and&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;tag&lt;/STRONG&gt; (@)&lt;STRONG&gt; the Expert&lt;/STRONG&gt; requesting the token from you.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Likewise.&amp;nbsp; Both before and after were &lt;SPAN&gt;025.000.0191&lt;/SPAN&gt;.&amp;nbsp; Software shows my last update was on 2/20/26.&amp;nbsp; So I am getting the updates.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having the same issue with TurboTax for Business - Connecticut&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;My installation is up to date. I have uninstalled the CT state return and reinstalled it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The message does not say which form is not available.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;"Your Connecticut Fiduciary return(s) is currently unavailable to view, print or download because some of the forms haven't been finalized yet"&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I used Step-By-Step; it says CT is ready to file but error persists.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Tried to Print to file, but the error shows up there as well.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I ran the Manual Update program. My version # did not change.&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;025.000.0195&lt;/SPAN&gt; before and after.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Error remains.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It looks like TT has been working this issue for a while now. What is the ETA?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
