      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can include the income in your return anyway.&amp;nbsp; Report it on your Schedule C as 'cash' income without entering the 1099-MISC.&amp;nbsp; &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Keep the 1099-MISC and a record of your attempts to get a corrected 1099-MISC in case there is ever a question by the IRS regarding the income.&amp;nbsp; &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since no taxes were withheld on the income, the most important thing is to report it on your return.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
