      <description>&lt;P&gt;No need, the live help that was paid for has no answers either, seems to be a lot of copy paste replies, and they have no solution to the refund advance. Not being attached to my taxes that were filed. I’ve filed a complaint for investigation. I WILL NEVER USE TURBO TAX OR ITS AFFILIATES GOING FORWARD. This company gave false pretenses for a refund advance that was never properly processed with intent to gain business to benefit the company rather than the client.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I got the email saying I'm approved then its not an available when you check out. From understanding and reading comments here, you have to check the $35 bank option then ask for the advance instead of last year you checked the 5 day deposit with Karma and then you had the option to check the refund advance. They are a hot mess. This is an issue every year for years so honestly because of that they are not trust worthy.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
